Long week...

Yeah! i passed my 2.4km run! 16.15 sec! Slow la, i noe but great improvement! I muz really really really really really thank Alicia! Without her, i think i would have stopped in the 4th round le! THANK YOU ALICIA! Not forgetting those who cheered me on n even wt they all who were way in front of me but gave me their support n motivation to continue running. Haha...

Bio spa today, it's like vomitting wat i mem! So hopefully is ok... This is a long n wierd week. I gained smth but somehow felt that i'm losing smth. I'm trying to pull it back but... It's... I dunno how to say. Hope everything will turn out alright, i really afraid of losig it!
